Ocean Views and Upscale Tropical Living

Ocean-views lots are scarce in this region…prime lots like ours that are ready-to-build even more so.

Much of the land here can never be developed…it’s protected, virgin paradise. That’s what makes it so special. You can’t cut down trees and open up more lots. Only former farmland, like we have in our opportunity, is allowed to be developed.

But the developer we are dealing with is formidable and has been buying vast tracts of land and creating communities in this region for decades. I guess that’s how she’s managed to bring over 100 kilometers of roads, water, internet and other utilities to this stunning off-the-beaten path paradise.

Along the way she’s created a best-in-class community in a part of the world so beautiful and rich in nature that it makes your heart ache.

At the same time, a Path of Progress has improved access and brought modern—upscale—amenities and conveniences to this region.

In a nutshell…deals like this simply do not come along that often. And I’ll expect they’ll be fewer and farther between as scarcity bites.
